Express Shipping: 2–4 business days

Shipping Charges:

Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹250

Flat ₹49 for orders below ₹499

Return & Exchange Policy:

Return Window: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for damaged, defective, or incorrect items only.

Eligibility for Return:

The product must be unused and in original packaging.

Proof of damage (photo/video) must be shared within 24 hours of delivery.

Exchange: Size exchanges (for apparel) are available within 7 days of delivery. One-time exchange only.

Non-Returnable Items: Posters, custom products, and limited edition drops are not eligible for return unless damaged.

Refunds:

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item passes quality check.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit.
