Delivery time within India: 5–7 working days.

 

Tracking details will be shared via email or SMS once the order is shipped.

2. Return & Exchange Policy

 

Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery for damaged, defective, or wrong items.

Exchange allowed for size issues (for apparel) once per order.

 

Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange.

 

 

3. Refund Policy

 

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection of returned items.

 

Refund will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference.

 

 

4. Order Cancellation

 

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them.

 

Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled
